Toronto police are reaching out to the thousands of people in the city who accidentally make non-emergency calls to 911. This phenomenon is behind the "lock it before you pocket" campaign, which police will be starting on Monday Jan 9th. The campaign suggests people use the "lock" function on their phone's keypad before putting it into their bag or pocket. Toronto, Peel, Durham and York police, as well as the Ontario Provincial Police
