This one-day course will provide company presidents, geoscientists, environmental managers, community affairs and communication people with the tools and confidence to design, develop and deliver communication strategies that will resonate with your stakeholders and support your goals. Participants will learn to identify your stakeholders, strengthen your ability to listen, adapt your communication style and identify ways to communicate with people in a manner that relates to them and their particular needs.
