Private equity firm TorQuest has acquired Toronto-based Array Marketing Group for an undisclosed sum. Array, a retail merchandising and point-of-purchased display services firm, has offices in New York and China.

“Array has built a very successful business and has solidified its position in the market,” said Marc Lipton, a TorQuest partner, in a release. “We’re pleased to have partnered with Array’s management team and will work alongside them with a focus on growing the company’s core business, continuing to leverage Array’s strengths in innovative design, high quality finished products and outstanding customer service.” Array has built a reputation working for cosmetic, fashion and lifestyle brands such as Christian Dior, Victoria’s Secret, H&M and Sephora.
TorQuest, also based in Toronto, said it currently manages $850 million of equity capital.
