The Digital Transformation Series


March 5th, 2020 INMA Master Class SeriesThe Digital Transformation Series will consist of three, two-hour interactive Webinars running from March to May led by executives from The New York Times, San Francisco Chronicle, Torstar, Gannett, and others.

We aim to provide superior content with zero time away from the office. Consider it a virtual conference curated for you by members of the INMA North America Board of Directors. All three sessions are available to INMA members for only $399.

Courses will be conducted from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (New York time) on March 5, April 2, and May 21. Each session will cover two topics. If you miss a date, we will record the session so that registrants may watch the replay. These recordings will be made available only to Master Class registrants.

During the first session, we will connect with Tim O’rourke, Managing Digital Editor of San Francisco Chronicle. Tim has spearheaded the collaboration between the SFChronicle newsroom and marketing teams and will walk us through various use cases of how this teamwork has led to digital starts as well as newsletter growth.

We will also chat with Tom Jolly, Associate Masthead Editor, and the editor in charge of Print Hub at the New York Times. Tom will discuss the tactical, organizational and theoretical changes the New York Times has made in transitioning to a digitally led report—while still protecting its profitable print business.
