Niagara Falls has been illuminated in red and white to celebrate the qualification of Canada’s soccer team to the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar later this year.
Canada qualified for the World Cup finals in Qatar for the first time since 1986 after beating Jamaica on Sunday 4/0 at BMO Field.
The Canadian men are 14-1-4 over three rounds of CONCACAF action and conclude qualifying play Wednesday in Panama.
